If implementation of the earthworks reveals adverse ground conditions, such as:
the presence of soft and/or water saturated ground.
or layers of plastic clay.
or evidence of slope movement is observed.
All works must cease immediately, and the advice of the geotechnical professional obtained.

Subsequent works must follow the recommendations made by the geotechnical professional. [RM215157(7)]

If, at any stage during the implementation of this consent, earthworks reveal adverse ground conditions, such as the presence of soft and/or water saturated ground, or layers of plastic clay; or evidence of slope movement is observed, all works shall cease immediately, and the services of the geotechnical professional (refer Condition 3) shall be obtained. Subsequent works shall follow the recommendations made by the geotechnical professional.
