Flowchart

Procedure

    • Progressive stabilisation of the site shall be undertaken to actively minimise the amount of open area exposed at any one time. [RM975261 Sch 1 (37)], [RM975261H(3)], [RM215157 (15)]

    • Typical stabilisation measures may include (but are not limited to): [RM975261 Sch 1 (38)]

      • a) Hydroseeding and / or hydro mulching;

      • b) Grass seeding and hay mulch;

      • c) Clean aggregate and rock riprap; and

      • d) Geotextiles, mats, plastic covers, and erosion control blankets.

Reference

  • All bare soil areas shall be re-vegetated or otherwise protected from soil erosion as soon as practicable from the date of disturbance. [RM975261V2]

  • Progressive stabilisation of the site shall be undertaken to actively minimise the amount of open area exposed at any one time. [RM975261V2]

  • Typical stabilisation measures may include (but are not limited to):

    a) Hydroseeding and / or hydro mulching;

    c) Clean aggregate and rock riprap; and

    d) Geotextiles, mats, plastic covers, and erosion control blankets. [RM975261V2]

  • The Consent Holder shall, on completion of each earthworks stage, and as soon as climatic conditions allow, permanently stabilise the exposed area by planting, seeding, mulching or otherwise covering exposed ground so as to minimise the risk of dust, erosion, and sedimentation and to enhance slope stability.
